The medical arts building is conveniently located behind Mease Countryside Hosptial, just off of McMullen Booth Road, between
Rt. 580 and Curlew Roads.

Our facilities are handicapped accessible.  Free valet parking is available at the Medical Arts Building at Mease Countryside Hospital.  An information desk located in the lobby can direct you to our offices.

Cancellation Policy
A scheduled appointment means that time is reserved only for you. If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be billed directly according to the scheduled fee or according to the rules of your health plan. Your health plan does not cover payment for missed appointments; therefore, you are responsible for payment in full.
